We’re very pleased to share our newly launched website – a gentle, welcoming space created to support families during one of the most difficult times they may ever face.
At Infinity Pet Crematorium, we are a small, family-run, fully independent service. Every pet entrusted to our care is treated as an individual, with the same love, dignity, and attention they were given by their family in life. When designing our new website, it was important that this care and compassion were felt online too – calm, clear, and reassuring, without ever feeling overwhelming.
The website has been thoughtfully created to help families understand their choices, at their own pace. Many people don’t realise that they are free to choose their pet’s crematorium, rather than automatically using the one suggested by their veterinary practice. This space exists to gently explain those options, so families can make informed decisions that feel right for them.
Our new site was lovingly designed and built in WordPress by Sharon at Socialightful – a local freelance service for website creation, content marketing and business development support. Working closely together, we focused on creating a website that’s not only optimised for any device, but that feels personal, supportive, and honest, while clearly reflecting the values that matter most to us.
Recognising the importance of supporting grieving pet parents, we wanted the ability to post articles that offer comfort and guidance during these challenging times. Therefore, having a blog facility was essential for us. This platform allows us to share helpful resources, creating a compassionate community where pet parents can find solace and connection.
We hope this new space feels like an extension of the care we offer in person – a quiet reassurance that your beloved companion is in safe, compassionate hands, and that you are never rushed or alone.
