We are a private, family run pet crematorium based in the beautiful village of Thornton-le-Dale, just outside Pickering in North Yorkshire. As pet owners ourselves, we know only too well about facing that heart breaking day when we have to say goodbye to our special friend. Saying goodbye is very personal and we understand the emotions involved at this difficult time.
We promise to treat you and your faithful friend with respect and gentleness, ensuring their final journey is filled with dignity and warmth. Because we believe every pet deserves a loving farewell.

Final Journey Care
It’s important to note that we are independent of all veterinary practices. Therefore, your vet may not automatically contact us when your beloved pet passes. You will need to make your wishes clear to your vet if you require Infinity Pet Crematorium to take care of your pet – as some veterinary practices use commercial cremation companies.
The area we cover stretches from York to Whitby, Scarborough to Hull, across to Selby and back up to York – and all the villages and towns in between. For more information please see our services page.
Infinity can liaise directly with your vet on your behalf, to arrange collection from the surgery. Alternatively, we can also arrange collection from your home.
In either case, please make sure to call us first, prior to your vet appointment to arrange collection. There is an additional charge for collection from a veterinary practice or your home, otherwise, of course, you are welcome to bring your pet directly to Infinity.
You are welcome to visit in advance to discuss your final wishes for your beloved pet or to choose the casket, scatter tube, keepsake. We appreciate this is a very difficult time for you and we are here to offer advice and help you any way we can.
