Farewell Room
We understand how deeply this moment touches every member of your family. At Infinity, we offer a peaceful farewell room where you can say your goodbyes in private, surrounded by quiet, compassionate care. Here, you’re welcome to sit with your beloved companion, reflect on the love, the laughter, and the years you shared, and take all the time you need. There is no rush – just space to honour their life in your own way.
Returning Pet Ashes
As a family-run, fully independent crematorium, we want you to have complete peace of mind. The ashes you receive will be solely those of your beloved pet – cared for with the same respect, dignity and gentle attention we would give our own. We always strive to have your pet’s ashes ready for collection or return as promptly as possible, knowing how heavy these days can feel.
We can arrange to return the ashes to your veterinary practice or directly to your home for a small additional fee. You are, of course, warmly welcome to collect them from us here at Infinity. We kindly ask that you give us a call to arrange an appointment so we can ensure everything is prepared for you with the care you deserve.
